How is this program different from the others? Through a number of ways we compile a large database of fitness oriented profiled leads from large local retailers such as grocery chains and Walmart type stores.  We have permission to contact these individuals regarding health and fitness products and promotions.  Most other companies use direct mail as their backbone for lead generation.  We have found that many of our clients have used other marketing companies utilizing direct mail with little or no success.  In many cases we can follow a failed direct mail campaign with great success.

What is my club's responsibility?  All the club needs to do is business as usual.  The club is responsible for servicing the members for the duration of the membership.  That's it!  Just keep providing excellent service and reap the rewards of a recurring EFT check each month.

What about other profit centers?  You will have the opportunity to build other profit centers from your newly acquired membership base.  Personal training, tanning, retail and any other profit centers will benefit from an increase in your membership base.  We can help you develop those profit centers as well.  We are only paid on the membership and not the up-sells and other profit centers of your club so you'll have to keep 100% of these profits!

Are you working with other clubs in my area?  No.  We will only market your center.  If you choose to work with us again when the membership term expires we will give you the same exclusive agreement.  

I don't want to sell a cheap rate that will de-value my club.  Neither do we!  We get paid the same way you get paid.  We look at all the factors in your area and structure a promotional rate that we are both comfortable with.  

Will my club be overrun with new members all at once?  No.  Many of the new members we enroll for your club prefer the off-peak times.  You will find that your day-time traffic will increase.  Many of the times that were slow will see an improved and healthy traffic pattern.  

How are the new  members integrated into my center?  We encourage the new members to schedule an orientation with your center.  This is your chance to greet the new member and offer additional up-sales such as personal training, tanning, retail and any other services you may have available. 

I don't want to disrupt my current membership base.  Neither do we!  Provide us a list of your current members and will will scrub them from our prospects.  In our 20 years of experience marketing health and fitness facilities, we have implemented measures to promote facilities keeping the current members at bay.  Since we don't offer deep discount membership prices we don't disrupt your current membership base.
